I took over the property management department consisting of residential and commercial properties with little Property Management experience in June 2008.
Gina taught me everything from writing letters, conducting inspections and supporting me in my first VCAT hearing. In the month I spent working with Gina, she significantly helped understand all aspects of Property Management including the legal responsibility of tenants, landlords and myself. She was always patient, letting me work at my own pace and guided me each step of the way.
After the initial month of training I felt extremely confident and had a great understanding of my role and responsibilities. To date I often contact Gina with questions and she is more than happy to assist me.
